I thought that this would be over my head, but after pricing water wheels for generating power online, I had to try. I was presently surprised at how simple it’s written out. Even though we’re talking about using a river to generate energy, the book is written with a slight feel of arts and crafts style, which make moms like me able to pull this off. The water turbine is enough to trickle charge my battery bank on my slow moving 2′ wide creek, which is just a great feeling. I would recommend this again.

This is most helpful along the creek behind our house. It didn’t take long to make and saves us money. Looking forward to more of these books. Thanks for the good ideas.

I really like the tip about bolting it to the dock. Very helpful information!

This is the third guide I’ve purchased from here. This one I decided to review because the turbine has actually been very helpful for my cabin up in northern Michigan. It’s remote and not connected to the grid. I have a river that runs by the cabin, so the water turbine comes in handy for the little electricity we need during the summers. Thanks for helping us out! I’ll be purchasing more.
